Come and meet  Orzo♥Coffee at the Brighton & Hove Food and Drink Festival.

Here below some photos of the events ... we only took a few as it was so busy we did not have time for more :-(

We share with you an historical discovery. What you see in the photo is an old 'tosta orzo'. 

It is gone a bit rusty but it is probably 70 or 80 years old. 
This special pan, with a turning mechanism inside, was used by rural families in Italy to roast their own barley on the open fire or the stove. 
It is a lovely piece of history ... if you turn its handle you can almost hear the stories shared in front of the fire ... waiting to sip a smooth cup of caffè d'orzo before bedtime.

 

After a long time a few designs and re-design ... our new packaging is being printed as we write!
