Celebrating Slow Food Week with Orzo♥Coffee 1st-9th June 2013

Orzo♥Coffee is supporting this fantastic initiative of Slow Food UK:  Slow Food Week (1st - 9th June). 
Slow Food Week is packed with interesting events and initiatives, there are different ways to get involved: you can attend a ticketed event, come along to a local Slow Food event, participate in our online auction or host your own 'slow' celebration! Find out about all the activities hosted here.

Orzo♥Coffee embraces the love for ‘slow food’. It is made with ground roasted barley, organically grown in the Veneto region (Italy) and it is 100% caffeine free, it is slowly roasted to preserve the nutritional properties of barley, following the original Italian tradition. It is made with a specific variety of barley, called ‘orzo mondo’ (hulless or ‘naked’ barley). While this variety of barley is not currently grown in the UK, Orzo♥Coffee travels only a short distance across Europe, compared with other hot drinks on the markets such as coffee and teas.
