Truthfully, my favourite thing about Autumn is my birthday in October, but I also secretly enjoy the crispness of the air on a sunny day and the excuse to drink hot milky drinks!

Autumn days when the grass is jewelled and the silk inside a chestnut shell. Jet planes meeting in the air to be refuelled. All these things I love so well. Anyone else love this Autumn hymn remember singing it at school. Also love blackberry and apple crumble with custard. Yum.

I love the smell of Autumn, the little hint of chimney smoke and chestnuts being roasted, and hearing kids laughing in the distance whilst crunching through the fallen colourful leaves. The doggies love going for walkies as they have new sights and sounds to keep them happy.
