Orzo and Ginger is such a great combination!
These biscotti are dry but crunchy and the sweetness of the glaze really contrast perfectly the sharpness of the crystilised ginger!

Everyboby has different tastes but no one can deny that this is the cutest recipe.
Louise Peajeux (which I hear is a orzo coffee lover) is an illustrator and crafter based in Cambridge, UK. She works mainly in the greetings card industry and in surface pattern design. She also design and produce my own range of cards, gifts and hand-painted ceramics with a bright and quirky feel.

A very very relaxing tiramisu' ...

Tiramisu' is one of my favourite dessert ... it is very rich and creamy but traditionally is also made with coffee, which makes it not very suitable for children or the evenings.
That's why this time for my tiramisu' I have replaced traditional coffee with Orzo♥Coffee.
