OrzoCoffee Alproccino with Freedom Mallows

We tried a fantastic recipe for you today. A lovely vegan alternative for a hot drink with marshmallows.
We tested the cute Freedom Mallows with our usual creamy alproccino and they were delicious. 
Freedom Mallows are lovely marshmallows but with no nasties and vegetarian/vegan friendly.

Here is how we prepared it: 
We brew a cup of OrzoCoffee with our lovely Orziera. On the side we prepared some warm Alpro soya milk and used a milk frother jug to create a creamy and velvety top to our cappuccino. 
Time to decorate with the sweet Freedom Mallows (we made a flower but what other shapes can you make?). 

This is a lovely drink but it is extra 'lush' with this creamy vanilla mallows floating around :-) enjoy it!
