We know not everyone can use milk in their recipes, due to food intolerance or for choice. So for this recipe, we thought we will give people who enjoy a diary free lifestyle a little inspiration for a orzo coffee diary-free ice-cream! For our recipe we used Alpro Natural Yogurt but any other soya yogurt should work.

These are lovely little biscuits we made yesterday. The biscuits have a nice orzo aroma which fits perfectly the sweetness of the pear and vanilla jam we bought from the amazing Strawberry Fields Foods at Petersfield Festival. The only problem: they won't last long :-) |
