We know not everyone can use milk in their recipes, due to food intolerance or for choice.
So for this recipe, we thought we will give people who enjoy a diary free lifestyle a little inspiration for a orzo coffee diary-free ice-cream!
For our recipe we used Alpro Natural Yogurt but any other soya yogurt should work.
These are lovely little biscuits we made yesterday.
The biscuits have a nice orzo aroma which fits perfectly the sweetness of the pear and vanilla jam we bought from the amazing Strawberry Fields Foods at Petersfield Festival.
The only problem:
they won't last long :-)
This is a very refreshing cake for the summer as the aroma of orzo coffee perfectly complement the tangy lemon!
Try the recipe yourself !
It is a pleasure to introduce you to the BARLEY BOYS!
Since they look a little bit like ginger men but we think they are a bit more young and playful we decided to call them 'barley boys' (and no they are not the next boyband!)
Read more to follow the recipe and make your own barley boys :-)
