Easy to make and delicious to eat. These orzo, choc chip and butterscotch cookies are definitely moreish and you will need to keep the biscuit barrel in a hidden or safe place to make sure they last more than a day. Ingredients: 115g of plain flour 1/2 tsp of baking soda 1/4 tsp of baking powder pinch of salt 115 g of butter or margarine 200 g of soft light brown sugar 1 egg 5 tsps of instant orzo coffee 75g of rolled oats 100 of choc chips 2 tbp of ground roasted orzo coffeee 50g of butterscotch drops/pieces Preheat the oven to 180C / Mark Gas 4. Prepare some baking paper or lightly grease three or four baking trays. With an electric mixer cream together butter or margarine, sugar. Add the egg and beat until light and fluffy. Add also the instant orzo coffee to the mix. Add the flour, oat and baking powder and soda to the liquid mix and beat at slow speed. Finally fold in the choc chip, butterscotch drops and ground roasted orzo. The dough should be crumbly. Finally, time to enjoy your orzo, choc chip and butterscotch cookies!
