We know not everyone can use milk in their recipes, due to food intolerance or for choice. So for this recipe, we thought we will give people who enjoy a diary free lifestyle a little inspiration for a orzo coffee diary-free ice-cream! For our recipe we used Alpro Natural Yogurt but any other soya yogurt should work. This is a very simple recipe. We use 3 tablespoons of orzo coffee pronto and 2 tablespoons of sugar and 500gr of Alpro soya natural yogurt. Blend everything together with a mixer. Pour the mix in your ice-cream maker and let it solidify for 15-30 minutes. You can enjoy your orzo coffee diary free ice-cream straight away or place it in the freezer for later!
