At the London Coffee Festival we have been given by the lovely people of Alpro a liter of Alpro 'for professionals', the best option to make a professional Alproccino. The low acidity of Orzo♥Coffee is perfect for soya milk and we love the idea of thick cappucino to add to our fresh brew So here is our recipe & report ... Next we warmed up the Alpro soya milk in our milk frother (this is great if you do not have a professional espresso machine to prepare your milk). After 'pumping' the soya milk for just a minute, you get a lovely creamy and velvety foamy milk, ready to pour over your Orzo♥Coffee. And now the final touches, a little cocoa dusting and your Orzo♥Coffee Alproccino is now ready, lovely, foamy and creamy.
